Cruz Blows the Save in New York

The Nats couldn't hang on in the 9th and lost 5-4 on Saturday afternoon at the Mets. Mark (From New York) & Al begin with Yovanny Cruz, who inhertied a 4-3 lead in the middle of the 9th.  Cruz was unable to overcome the lead off walk and Francisco Lindor's walk-off single sealed Washington's fate.

(12:00) This was a planned bullpen game for the Nats and they immediately rain into trouble. Brad Lord got the start but was only able to record two outs.

(14:00) Will Dion stepped up big time as he tossed over four innings out of the 'pen and tied a franchise record with seven strikeouts as a reliever.

(21:00) Why didn't Blake Butera call for intentionally walking Francisco Lindor with first base open in the bottom of the 9th?

(24:00) Brady House's 3-run HR off the foul pole puts the Nats ahead 4-2 in the 6th. House's OPS is now at .703. He currently is hitting .182 against righties, but .360 vs. lefties.

(27:00) CJ Abrams started again at SS in Saturday's loss.  Mark asked Butera pregame what the timeline is for Abrams to move at 2B.

(29:00) Andrew Pinckney was thrown out at home when trying to tag on a Dylan Crews flyout in the top of the 7th.  This came right on the heels of Pinckney's 2-out triple.
